Ibishawkimages: I have been an amature photographer for over forty years. I purchased my first Pentax KX, while in college, which I still use today. I grew up in western Kansas with a love of the outdoors and Boy Scouting. While attending the University of Kansas I purchased my first Pentax KX and carried it everywhere I went, Today I use the Digital Pentax K 1 and continue to take pictures of the world around me. Living in Rosenberg, Texas gives me plenty of subjects to select from. I am sure most of you would ask the question why Ibishawk ? The Ibis is the mascot of the University of Miami, where I worked for 17 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer, Head Athletic Trainer for all athletics programs. The Jayhawk is the mascot for the University of Kansas where I went to school. Therefore Ibishawkimages was born.
