Happy Mothers Day - Smith Oaks Rookery

My wife and I went over to High Island - Smith Oaks Rookery about an 1.5 hour east of Houston Tx.  Our goal was to see what the nesting birds were doing and if the young were hatching.

Wow!  The little ones were everywhere!  Great White Egret, Roseate Spoonbill, Neotropic Cormorants.
